We're so convinced about the quality of our eyewear that we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason just send it back to the address below and we’ll refund your money.
All our sunglasses are guaranteed to absorb more than 99% of harmful UVA & UVB rays. They comply with the latest European Standard EN1836:2005 and have been proven and tested in accordance with the latest guidelines. This reduces infrared rays and filters colour whilst maintaining high levels of visible contrast.
If your purchase arrives faulty or you are unhappy with it for any reason, just send it back to our address and we will give you a refund or simply exchange it for something else providing it is returned in the same condition and has not been used. Our aim is to provide you with the best service possible. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items must be notified to us within 72 hours of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: To return any items back to us the shipping cost will be at your expense. You will receive a full refund on your purchase minus any shipping costs selected at additional cost during checkout such as the Super Saver, Expedited, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or International Shipping options.
This guarantee is valid from the date of purchase for 14 days. We will extend this guarantee to January 14th for all purchases made in December to cover Christmas gift purchases.
This guarantee is only valid for purchases made within the UK.
Our standard warranty is 12 months from date of purchase for all eyewear and 3 months for all accessories unless stated otherwise in the individual product description. All warranty claims (where applicable) must be made in writing to the address below and sent together with the item in question for our assessment at your own cost. Accidental damage and wear and tear are not covered by our warranty. Upon receipt and acceptance of a claim under warranty, the item will be either repaired or exchanged for the same product or for one of an equivalent value should the original product not be available. We cannot offer refunds against any warranty claim. You are liable for the postage and packing charges incurred for the return of the repaired/replacement item. This is currently £3.99 per item (£7.99 outside the UK) and this should be sent with your claim, we cannnot process warranty claims without this payment.
