ClipFlipz are a contemporary rimless style with flexible prongs that glide neatly over the bridge of your prescription glasses. They provide 100% protection against harmful UV rays and can be used for a wide range of activities including walking, hiking, fishing, sailing, bowling, golf, driving, cycling, skiing and even light industrial use. Our rimless clip ons are available with shatterproof lenses, contrast enhancing copper driving lenses or glare-blocking polarised lenses and in six different sizes, 24 models in total.
Our low profile, squeeze to open, clip mechanism is virtually unbreakable and won't damage your lenses. ClipFlipz are compatible with most modern metal and plastic frames and have a convenient one handed application, no more small fiddly clips around the lenses which can be quite hard to see when you're not wearing your glasses. The clip has two positive indexing lens positions, flipped down for sun protection or flipped up for instant normal vision - especially useful when you go indoors.
Polarised ClipFlipz
Polarised lenses cut glare reflected off flat surfaces such as water, roads and snow. They're especially popular amongst fishermen because they remove reflected glare allowing you see down below the surface of the water. A polarised lens filters direct light and eliminates polarised light allowing the wearer to see light in its pure state. Objects appear more defined, sharper and naturally coloured. Instead of squinting to minimise glare, a polarised lens allows your eyes to see colours with true clarity.
Driving ClipFlipz
Copper driver lenses provide sharper contrast, filter out blue light and reduce road glare whilst preserving a natural colour balance for comfortable viewing in the day-light. Driver lenses relax the eye muscles to reduce stress whilst driving.
Shatterproof ClipFlipz
Shatterproof polycarbonate lenses protect against light impact and small airborne objects, they're suitable for most outdoor activities and general sports use. Polycarbonate ClipFlipz are available in dark grey smoke and copper tints.
